Release Day!!

It’s finally here! The Mortician’s Daughter: One Foot in the Grave is released today, and I’m doing my happy dance. When I was writing this book, I kept thinking that anyone who loved Kylie from my Shadow Falls series is going to love Riley. They have a lot in common. They’re both struggling with their special abilities, they both see ghosts, they’re willing to put themselves in harm’s way for their friends, and they have two cute guys hanging around them. The problem with Riley’s two guys is that one of them is dead. But he’s different from the other ghosts she‘s helped. Not only is he cute, sexy and sweet, but he’s also warmer—and Riley’s cat doesn’t skedaddle as soon as he appears. So what’s up with that?

Oh, and Happy Halloween! What better time to sit down and read The Mortician’s Daughter? Did I mention the ghosts? How about the creepy guy Riley is pretty sure is pure evil? And then there’s her dad—the mortician. Yup, talk about a perfect Halloween read.

I’m also thrilled to tell you that Romantic Times Book Reviews gave The Mortician’s Daughter a rave review. You can read it HERE.

So have you-order The Mortician’s Daughter? It’s not too late. You can order it today at Kobo, Indie Bound, Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

  1. We dressed our daughter up as a pink Carebear this year since it was pretty chilly and raining buckets out. We made it to three houses before she lost it and flat out refused to go any further. At least I got a couple photos. 🙂

  2. I went as a dalmatian this year while my sister went as Rosie the Riveter (she refused to be Cruela DeVill). We’re 17 but I still dragged her trick or treating. My favorite costume from the past was when I went as the Statue of Liberty. I got a foam crown when I went to visit my aunt in NY and wanted to wear it again.

  3. This year I just put on fox ear unfortunately, but I do remember dressing up as a power ranger. I was so obsessed with the pink power ranger; wanted to be her when I was older.

  4. I just spent all afternoon reading your new book. Couldn’t put it down for a moment. Thank you for starting this new series. But seriously, when can I read on? Lol. The end almost had me throw away my kindle because…. no spoilers…it ended.

    P.s. I was a Vampire this Halloween.

  5. I did two costumes this year. I’m a teacher, and for our big event I was a ninja and then during movie/party day, I wore a shark hat and had a bluetooth speaker in my pocket playing the Jaws theme. Lol It was great!

  6. I dressed up as the Angel of Death this year! I found a gorgeous black and silver prom dress at a discount store for $10! Then I just bought black wings and some black lace gloves. If I could post a picture I would!

  7. When will book three Mortician daughter be out ? I wish that when Hayden woke up from being Coma that he new Riley But Both books are awesome Just can’t wait for book three
